I hope that you are all holding up well in this world of COVID-19 and the associated restrictions. While most of the events we would all love to participate in during the summer have been cancelled, there are still some things we can do to interact with like minded people and stay healthy. I know that sitting on the couch with the TV constantly playing is very tempting to me and I’m sure many of the people reading this post.
To combat the COVID weight gains and bring our friends back into our lives we thought we would host a virtual run/walk/ride challenge.
Yes, it is virtual so you don’t need to even leave your house if you have a treadmill or stationary bike.
Registration is free and there are some cool trackers to make this event as relaxing or competitive as you wish.
